Welcome to the Washington Fire Commissioners Association website. Formed in 1948, the association offers research services and legislative representation, as well as educational programs and networking opportunities for fire district administrators throughout the state of Washington.
This website was designed to provide useful information and resources in order to assist Washington's 382 fire protection districts. Please contact the WFCA office at wfca@wfca.wa.gov if you have questions regarding the association or need assistance.
Q. When is the WFCA annual conference?
A. The WFCA will hold its 60th Annual Conference at the SeaTac Doubletree Hotel October 23-25. Please visit the Calendar of Events page on this website to get more information regarding conference.
Q. Will there be any health care workshops in 2008?
A. Yes. Workshops are planned in Kelso, Lynnwood and Spokane in August; complete details will be sent to participating districts in June.
